Client journey audit

Would you sign up with your own business?

I go through your business as a new client would, from discovery to first payment, and show you where people slow down, get confused or give up. It all takes one day.

Aimed at start-ups and businesses where people sign up online, such as apps, booking platforms, memberships and online courses.

Sounds familiar?

  • At the first step: People enquire or start creating an account, then disappear.

  • Before they commit: Sending a quote, proposal or contract turns into a slow back-and-forth.

  • During setup: Onboarding is not clear, so new clients are unsure what happens next and ask the same questions again and again.

  • At first payment: Confusing forms, invoice mistakes or payment errors slow things down right at the end.

Every client who gives up halfway is a client you've lost.

How it works

What you get

Case study: Look&Book

Look&Book is a new online booking platform for hair and beauty salons in Poland. As the team prepared for its soft launch, I went through it the way a new salon owner would, from first flyer to first payment.

Audit outcomes:

  • A payment error found and fixed

  • A prioritised list of fixes ahead of launch

  • A shorter initial set-up planned for new salons

  • A notifications panel planned, so each salon chooses its emails

Magda went through Look&Book the way a new salon owner would, just before our soft launch. She spotted things our team had stopped seeing, and we fixed a payment error straight away. Her log now shapes our onboarding and notifications work.

Questions

Does my team need to do anything?
Access to the journey (your website or app), one 45-minute chat with whoever runs it day to day, and any reviews or client emails you are happy to share.

Will my clients notice?
No. I go through it as a new client. You decide whether your team knows in advance.

Do you look at competitors?
Where it helps, I check how one competitor you name handles the same step, so the fixes can borrow from what already works.

Can you look at more than one journey?
Yes. Each extra journey is priced separately.

What happens after?
Many fixes are small and your team can make them straight away. For bigger changes, I am happy to manage them as fractional implementation lead or we can run MAGDA Stage 1 which maps how the work runs behind the scenes.
