My name is Magda.

I have spent my entire career working for smaller organisations and I know how dedicated and overworked staff can be. Remaining efficient and competitive is important now more than ever. I want to give SMEs tools, time and ownership over workflows, systems and processes.

My approach is deeply rooted in being an insider - not just a consultant. It's exciting to use years of international experience to help like-minded organisations thrive.
