My name is Magda. Creating the MAGDA Framework was one way to ensure people stop misspelling my name..
But I have also spent my entire career working for smaller organisations and I know how dedicated staff teams are there - all whilst having zero capacity to do anything outside their job description to fix, improve, or make things more efficient. Especially now, when so many organisations are going through restructuring and downsizing, remaining efficient and competitive is more important than ever. I want to give SMEs tools, time and ownership over workflows, systems and processes.
I have been there, at the battlefront on Friday evenings, and my approach is deeply rooted in being an insider - not just a consultant. It's genuinely exciting to be using years of experience across so many different sectors and countries (ADHD, can you tell) to help like-minded organisations thrive. Each step of the framework is carefully designed to be time-efficient while remaining personable and giving voice and agency to the employees throughout the process,
