Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We use a few trusted providers to run the business, and they may only use your information to provide their service to us.

  • Hostinger hosts our website and email.

  • Google stores survey responses (Google Forms).

  • Salesforce stores our business contacts and enquiries (our CRM).

  • Calendly lets you book a call with us.

  • Our accountant prepares our accounts and tax returns.

We may also share information when the law requires it. Information about a client's staff is shared only with that client.

Some of these providers may store information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK–US data bridge or the ICO's international data transfer agreement.

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: 12 months after our last contact.

  • Business contacts and referral partners: 2 years after our last contact.

  • Client project records, including staff information: 6 years after the project ends, or as agreed in the client's contract.

  • Accounts and invoices: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to.
